From April 6–9, 2025, partners of the European Future – Green & Sustainable project gathered in Valencia, Spain, for the Final Evaluation Meeting hosted by BACKSLASH. This event marked the culmination of two years of collaboration, innovation, and action towards a greener and more sustainable Europe.

During the meeting, partners reflected on key milestones, reviewed all major deliverables—including the podcasts, online youth conference, and online course—and discussed the outcomes of local dissemination events. Special attention was given to finalizing pending documents, such as participant lists and travel proofs, and ensuring the visibility of all project results.

Discussions also addressed the challenges encountered, like reporting delays and varying digital skills, while celebrating the success of cross-country cooperation and impactful youth engagement. A follow-up session clearly defined the remaining tasks before project closure, with final submissions scheduled for mid- to end-April.

This meeting not only served to evaluate the journey but also to reinforce commitment to sustaining the results. With one last round of uploads and documentation, the project concludes as a model of meaningful European youth cooperation for a sustainable future.
