"EUROPEAN FUTURE - GREEN & SUSTAINABLE"
Sharing Sustainability Across Europe Dissemination Highlights
Between December 2024 and April 2025, our project European Future – Green & Sustainable was brought closer to communities across Europe through 12 local dissemination events. Organized in seven partner countries—Bulgaria, France, Lithuania, Poland, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Spain—these events empowered young people, educators, and professionals to connect with the project’s mission and tools.
Each event showcased the project’s rich outputs—podcasts, webinars, an online course, aftermovies, and publications—while promoting active learning and discussion on topics like sustainability, green entrepreneurship, renewable energy, and the circular economy.
-
In Bulgaria, two events at the Stara Zagora International Youth Centre engaged over 60 young people and public stakeholders in learning about green business and EU opportunities.
-
In France, two sessions in Bordeaux sparked conversations on eco-friendly solutions among local youth.
-
Lithuania hosted two university-based events, where students explored ecosystem services and brainstormed sustainability actions for their cities.
-
In Poland, two interactive sessions in Stara Kamienica allowed youth workers to dive into project materials and exchange practical ideas for sustainable youth work.
-
North Macedonia held events in Bitola and Sveti Nikole, gathering young people from diverse backgrounds to reflect on green habits and Erasmus+ opportunities.
-
Serbia featured two activities in Leskovac and Niš, reaching local activists and inspiring them to integrate sustainability into community projects.
-
In Spain, an online event with youth professionals and a school workshop in Pego engaged over 60 participants in dynamic sessions focused on green action and peer learning.
Across these 12 events, more than 300 participants took part in spreading and sustaining the project’s message: that youth are at the heart of Europe’s green transition. From quizzes and podcasts to hands-on group tasks and strategic discussions, the dissemination activities ensured our work continues to grow—locally, practically, and with purpose.
